NO. Smoking is not permitted inside and outside on the property.
Is it possible to receive or send a delivered parcel?
YES, our address is 132 Banchi 2, Oi-cho, Tanaka, Sakayo-ku, Kyoto, Japan 606-8202.
What are the guest rooms equipped with?
Single or king size beds with USB and electrical outlets, linen, table, chairs, Wifi, private bath, shower, and toilet.
Are amenities available in the guest rooms?
YES, Air conditioner / heater, refrigerator / freezer, microwave oven, kettle, some tea & coffee, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner.

What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3pm until 10pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10am.
Beverage Service
Beverage/room service is not provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks and utilize the refrigerator in each room.
Do you have a coin-operated laundry?
No, but there are some small coin laundry shops about a 5 minute walk away.
Lockers
We do not have lockers, but there are some at Demachiyanagi station, a 5 minute walk away.
Is it possible to receive or send a delivered parcel?

Do you store guests’ bags before check in or after check out?
YES, if you arrive before check-in, or need to store some after check-out, we can hold your luggage on the premises.
Do you have a parking area?
No, but there is public pay parking 2 minutes walk away.

Can I make a reservation by phone?
Yes, but we would need your credit card information (verbally) to make a reservation.
Can children stay?
Yes, children are welcome.
Do you accept credit cards?
YES. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation 7 days or more in advance gets a full refund. 4-7 days notice gets a 50% refund. 3 days or less, 0% refund.
